xbaii Terms & Conditions

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbaii ("xbaii", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through the xbaii platform, including its website at xbaii.net, any associated mobile web interfaces, and all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment services made available therein.

By accessing the xbaii platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service offered by xbaii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xbaii platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, and the Privacy Policy published on the xbaii website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by xbaii.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the xbaii platform and its services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a real person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction issued by xbaii or any responsible gaming programme.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to individual users.
• You are not using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your xbaii account.

xbaii reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, at first withdrawal, or whenever xbaii reasonably suspects that an account holder may not meet the above eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the xbaii platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses, winnings, or balances accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. xbaii will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• All registration details must be truthful and verifiable — providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify xbaii immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• xbaii will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Account verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number).

xbaii uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted during registration and all subsequent account interactions. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access xbaii are secure. xbaii is a safe and reliable platform and will never ask you to share your full password via email, chat, or any other channel.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

xbaii supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following table summarises the key parameters governing transactions on the xbaii platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by xbaii support.
• xbaii does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• xbaii reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

xbaii offers various promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions to its registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer on the xbaii platform. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• All bonuses have an expiry period, clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not used within their expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or exchanged.
• xbaii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraudulent exploitation.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Subsequent deposit bonuses may be claimed after the active bonus has been fully wagered or expired.
• Bonuses cannot be used to meet minimum deposit requirements for withdrawal. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16), as well as cricket tournaments including BPL and the T20 World Cup, are subject to additional terms published at the time of each promotion. xbaii makes no guarantee as to the availability or recurrence of any specific promotion.

Section 6

User Obligations

As a registered user of the xbaii platform, you agree at all times to:

• Use the xbaii platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial gain, professional gambling, or systematic exploitation of the platform.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications with xbaii, including account registration, verification, and customer support interactions.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your registered account and login credentials.
• Maintain sufficient awareness of your gaming activity, including time spent and money wagered, and to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform where needed.
• Promptly notify xbaii of any suspected technical errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect odds that you observe on the platform — and to refrain from exploiting such errors in your favour.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh that govern your individual use of online gaming services.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbaii platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the xbaii platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fabricated.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the xbaii platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over xbaii systems.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using matched betting strategies in bad faith to exploit promotion terms, or coordinating with other accounts to generate artificial wagering volume.
• Using the xbaii platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime activity. xbaii maintains automated transaction monitoring and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or tamper with the xbaii platform, its servers, game engines, random number generators, or payment processing systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbaii staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your xbaii account by any third party, including family members, friends, or associates.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

xbaii is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players across Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care towards those players very seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered xbaii account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your xbaii account. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a cap on your daily gaming session duration. xbaii will notify you when your limit is approaching and will suspend your session when the limit is reached.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Once activated, a break cannot be cancelled before the chosen period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your xbaii account for a minimum of 6 months. This restriction is binding and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period, regardless of the circumstances.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaii's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the xbaii platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user into their xbaii account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

xbaii shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to game availability caused by factors beyond xbaii's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any regulatory change, government action, or force majeure event that affects xbaii's ability to provide its services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xbaii's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 10

Amendments & Termination

xbaii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xbaii will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notification on the xbaii platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You may terminate your use of the xbaii platform at any time by contacting support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure (subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

• xbaii may suspend or terminate any account immediately and without notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated.
• Upon termination, all outstanding bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Sections relating to prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and responsible gaming shall survive termination of these Terms.
• These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by principles of fairness and transparency as practised by reputable international gaming operators.
